Bien pour dépanner en ayant une voiture

La superficie, le rapport qualité prix la propreté.

L'emplacement, il faut absolument être véhiculé et on ne s'y sent pas en sécurité.

Todo, no hay nada cerca la ubicación super peligrosa , calles orribles.. nada de lo que muestran las fotos es real , todo esta viejo y en malas condiciones sábanas super feas y viajas al igual que las camas los muebles super viejos nada real a las fotos

La forma en la que el personal trata a las personas que van a este sitio, es denigrante.

Tenía alberca y el espacio era un poco más al promedio

El personal es muy déspota y grosero. No puedo creer que traten así a sus clientes. Deberían cerrar este lugar o vetarlo.

Taki sobie. Na przetrwanie a nie dla przyjemności.

Blisko do lotniska. Białe ręczniki. Wygodne łóżko.

Klimatyzacja baaaardzo głośna. Kuchnia bez jakiegokolwiek wyposażenia. Nie doczyszczone wszystko. Ciepła woda szybko się kończyła.

Not far from the airport. It took us 15 minutes with our rental car ( Saturday morning: 6:30am)

Two bedrooms, in the first the A/C didn’t work properly WiFi wasn’t good at all

In the middle of nowhere in an unsafe area.

Nothing, We left after being there for literally 10 minutes.

Its in the ghetto, not a place you want to be in. When arriving in the area there, we thought we were being kidnapped. The pictures are technically true, but grossly lying at the same time.

Value for airport stay

There is no breakfast . Everything was tidy but a little run down. This is merely a stop gap on the way to the airport, the area is semi industrial and a little off the beaten track. I didn’t feel safe outside the compound but okay inside as gated with reception . The place is a bit tatty but provided clean towels soap etc . I didn’t expect much and just needed to be near the airport. Price was the main driver. Taxis are ridiculous prices be prepared . Tulum and Cancun have gone downhill and it’s not as safe right now.

stay was good, but end service from Receptionist(Mariana) was bad.

the receptionist. Honestly her attitude was very demanding. I understand that the check out is at 12pm and I was leaving at 12:15 because I was running late on some things from work, and she was demanding that I leave the room with a very angry and upset tone of voice. very unpleasant. Her name is Mariana and I would suggest that she finds another kind of job that will suit her attitude and professionalism, if she were to have any.

Thanks for the great stay!

Host was very kind and helpful. Greeted us immediately upon arrival. Room was cozy with great AC. Slept very comfortably and appreciated how close it was to the airport.

Close to Cancun Airport

the property was very clean. wifi connection is poor in the room so you may wanna stay in the gazebo where the wifi is good.

it is by the highway and the side streets was so bad. there was a nearby market but there isnt much to see there. it’s close the airport. taxi from this hotel to Cancun Airport will cost you $25USD.

We would absolutely stay there again

The villa is in a very safe and private area. We had a rental car and felt very comfortable with the location. It was close to the airport. The neighborhood outside the hotel isa little isolated. It's a 7 block walk to find a restaurant or store.

Large suite.Nice outdoor area. Had hot water!

Very difficult to get too. Incredibly rough road more suited to dump trucks and other heavy equipment. Bedding seemed clean. Around door handles, lights switches etc were filthy. Couch was filthy.

great if you have an early/ late flight and want some rest.

we went there to spend our last night and be close to the airport- so in our case location was great! (nothing else around though)

room was not very clean not many food options around- so if you stay here bring your own snacks

convenient location close to the airport. nothing else to see around. staff was friendly and the garden is nice.

no appliances in the kitchen, it could be nice to have at least a kettle and even pot / pan and plates as there is no many food options around.

Great hotel close to the airport

Good location if you are looking to stay closer to the airport. Do not get discouraged by the location, as the place is really as beautiful as the pictures show. The rooms are very very spacious, especially the deluxe studio and the villa. Pool and the garden area is very nicely maintained.

Nice for one night.

The hotel was really close to the airport which was why we chose this. Would definitely not stay here if I wanted to visit Cancun for more than 1 night though. The room was big and nice bed and clean bathroom, didn't use the kitchen but it seemed nice!

The neighbourhood was not that nice... Some shady people walking around and I would not want to go out alone. I didn't notice any restaurant at the hotel (didn't expect one either...) so we had to go out for dinner and the walk was not very nice.
