Truly in the heart of it all, we are only steps away from the Morganford Business district with local eateries, pubs, coffee/tea shops, and grocer. We are next door to the Community garden space, of which there is a free Little Library out front. We are several blocks from Tower Grove Park, the neighborhood's 289 acre gem that holds countless events throughout the year. Additionally, we are centrally located to all of St. Louis' main attractions as listed below: -1.4 mi (6 min) from the famous Missouri Botanical Gardens -2.5 mi to Historic Soulard and Anheuser-Busch Brewery -4.0 mi from St. Louis Zoo and St. Louis Science Center, (both are Free!) -5.0 mi from the Jewel Box in Forest Park -5.0 mi (10 min) from Busch Stadium -5.5 mi from America's Center Convention Center and The Gateway Arch -18 mi (25 min) from STL Airport. The property is several blocks away from the park, but also just steps from the Morganford Business District, featuring a bevy of delicious brunch spots, restaurants/pubs, coffee/tea shops, spa/salons, and unique shopping experiences. Getting around: Although St. Louis metro area is generally easier to enjoy by car, staying here puts you steps away from the bus stop at Morganford and Connecticut, which offers easy transfer to the Metro Rail at Grand Center, which connects with Amtrak and St. Louis Lambert Airport. Ridesharing (Uber, Lyft) and taxi services are also available. There is street parking in front of the house, as well as a dedicated parking pad for 2 cars in the back (alley access) if you are bringing or renting a car. Other things to note: ***IMPORTANT PLEASE READ *** There are approximately 6 steps up from the sidewalk to the main floor. Watch out for the step halfway between the sidewalk and the main steps. For those who have decreased mobility, the master suite is located on the main floor. There is dual-zone central heating and air conditioning, with thermostats downstairs (hallway to master) and upstairs (just outside bedroom door to the left at top of stairs).

We had a great visit in St. Louis staying at this home. It had plenty of room for all 6 adults to share this space. The main level kitchen/living room area was great for hanging out and visiting. The area is close to many major attractions and getting around the city was very easy from this location. We would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable accommodations and super location for our holiday family get-together. We did a lot of cooking and takeout in the well equipped kitchen and especially enjoyed the waffle maker! Loved having the community garden and little free library next door. Very convenient to the Missouri Botanical Garden and its spectacular Garden Glow light show and a short drive to the Gateway Arch.

This was a really great place for my sisters, and I to have a girls trip in St. Louis. The location was convenient, the parking was easy and the house itself was exactly what we needed. Very clean and comfortable.

We were in St Louis for a conference and loved this house so much! At first I was a little nervous about the neighborhood but we soon realized it was quite safe and had a really cute coffee shop, restaurants and stores within a short walk. The Tower Grove Park was also within walking distance and was just beautiful. The zoo and forest park were about 10 minutes away.

Great location for our visit to Chihuly exhibit at Missouri Botanical garden. Very quiet neighborhood. Parking behind house. Beds comfortable and baths were nice. Appreciated the coffee and coffee maker -avoiding having to go out. Schnucks supermarket close. We ate at the Vine nearby- great Lebanese food. Daughter walked 3 mornings in Tower Grove Park-a block away. Highly recommend

We loved everything about this house and our time there. The rooms are spacious and lovely. Everything we needed was provided! We enjoyed spacious closets, convenient washer and dryer, plenty of towels and soap. The parking is very convenient, both behind and in front. The neighborhood was friendly and so well-located. Going to the Botanic Gardens, the Ballpark, and the Arch were easy to travel to. We really liked the little grocery around the corner and the 7-11 nearby. All perfect!

Emily is the best! We couldn’t have asked for better information on activities, events, and restaurants in the area. The best communication we’ve ever experienced with a property host! The neighborhood was quiet and our kids felt right at home. The house had everything we needed and more!

Perfect Gwtaway with 5 comfy beds
Trying to find enough beds for our tall family (4 teens 6ft+) can be a challenge - this was a perfect house with plenty of space yet cozy.
Park in the front if possible - the back has a mulberry tree over the driveway that birds make a mess under.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The bedrooms were nice and spacious, the place was super clean, and the location was centrally located (within 15 min) to everything we wanted to visit in St. Louis (zoo, art museum, aquarium, arch, city museum). Emily checked in with us before and during our stay to make sure things were going smoothly. The binder she prepared for the house was full of helpful suggestions. My one recommendation would be to get another couch for the living room (or a tv in one of the bedrooms). As a family of 6 we couldn’t all fit in the living room to chill and watch tv at the end of the day. But overall, an excellent place to stay!

Our family group of 8 loved our short stay. It was very clean, close to lots of restaurants and shops and parks but felt safe and was quiet. 10 minute drive to zoo and arch.

Our family of 6 had a great time in St. Louis staying at this house. The house is clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen and bathrooms were well supplied with everything we needed. The house is very convenient to downtown and all types of attractions. Communication with Emily before and during our stay was great! Overall, a great VRBO experience! Hidden gem in St Louis
Had the opportunity to stay in this hidden gem of a home in St Louis with 5 other people and we loved it. Upon entering the home it was newly refurbished inside and was spacious and lovely. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the property especially for the price we paid to stay one reason I chose this location was based off the property being a premier property the host is very nice, friendly, and helpful however when I mentioned the issue with the cleanliness of the property there was no offer to send the cleaning crew out again to fix the situation. Since every booking pays a cleaning fee you expect the home to be clean. When the host did follow up it was let me know of any other issues or questions you have but the first issue was not resolved.
Also the neighborhood is not the best groups of people in the alley partying walking out while we are parking marijuana smell very strong. However with that being said @ 10 to 10 30 would be quite but I did not feel safe due to the fact the alley is not well lit. So the notion super safe neighborhood I would say after talking to the local police it’s so so also one thing to note we found out marijuana is legal in the state of MO. So that’s why the strong smell at night.

We loved this house and the neighborhood! The home was comfortable and clean. We especially enjoyed the location of this home; close to coffee, restaurants, local grocers and Tower Grove Park. This was an incredibly lovely home
This house was very well appointed and so convenient to everything we wanted to do. Quaint on the outside and modern in the inside. Literally within 20 minutes we were everywhere and most places were within 10 minutes! Neighborhood was clean and quiet and nice neighbors. Loved the neighborhood experience - shops and restaurants a few doors down and even a 7-11, but no noise or indication of any of it from inside it out! Great outside space too!! Only down sides were only 1 TV (in main room) and a lack of drawers. But we ended up having plenty of room to put our stuff and the 1 TV encouraged togetherness. This place was set up for the very young to the very old! My 80 year old parents enjoyed the homeyness and feel of everything. Enjoyed it immensely and would love to rent it again!!

I rented this house to be close to my daughter and her family. My daughter was raising money for pancreatic cancer research and this home gave us a place to gather and have fun while she ran 10 miles a day for 10 days.

The property and owners of the property were incredible. Every detail online was accurate and the house was perfect for myself and my 5 friends.It was difficult to get the TV to work with their streaming service and the tv didn't have many tv stations it seemed, but these are very minor complaints. The overall experience was incredible and couldn't have asked for a smoother process.
