The service was great and the food... OMG it was delicious and definitely had the fine dining experience, 5 star rating without a doubt. The Duck and the Pork cheeks menu items were our favorite.
The pool was green and this was a disappointment. Some focus on maintenance is definitely needed.

Although there wasn’t a big selection, Breakfast was good.
Location was very nice. Scenery was beautiful!
Shower floor was extremely slippery, very dangerous. I slipped and nearly fell.

The place where Natura Glamping is installed is marvellous, what a view!!! and the Sunset is just amazing. The quiet is also something I appreciated.
I have reserved this for my wife birthday and I have also reserved 2 surprise visits: a Photographic hiking and another Hiking in the mountains, when I have arrive to Natura Glamping they told me that the people that would do the visit were on holidays (of course if I knew it in advance I would have reserved somewhere else), the lady that was responsible for the reservation of the 2 visits was extremely unfriendly and killed the surprise I had prepared for my wife, UNACCEPTABLE. Then she proposed to find someone else for the Hiking on Sunday, I asked for the details by email nothing as been provided and she came to me on Saturday morning after 9.00 AM to tell me that the guide was waiting for me at 9.00 AM (very unprofessional), This killed my stay there and this is I do not advise this place
