Good location. 99% of the staff were fantastic and I couldn't rate them highly enough.
The food was passable, not great. I went for the afternoon snack and there was absolutely nothing available. It would have been much better with more variety in the food. The service was great the first 2 days but the level dropped dramatically when a few more guests arrived. It was like they weren't prepared for that. I couldn't get a pool towel at 4 in the afternoon which I thought was poor. We had to ask for remote controls for the TV and aircon which I thought was odd, surely everyone would need those.
