Good

Overall the appartment is OK. The communication with ghe staff was perfect.

To my mind, the price is too high for what we recieved. There was missing some kitchen equipment. It looks like it is not the tourist place but also permanent residence. The parking slot is relatively far away from the apartment itself

Location and security of parking area

The doors open into hall way and we had to do all the house work as part of the deal, remove rubbish and strp the beds take out the recycle, add blinds that cover the whole window to block out the light

Superb

Very spacious and clean apartment, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was much bigger than we expected! The kitchen is fully equiped with everything needed, and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. There is a supermarket just around the corner that is open until quite late in the evening, but otherwise not much else around the apartment. There is plenty of free parking, and the apartments were pet friendly.

There was a great amount of clean, comfortable space in the apartment. The beds were very comfortable. There is a good sized grocery store very close by.

The wifi connection in our apartment was very weak and spotty. There were no coffee filters or coffee for the coffee pot, nor was there hand soap in the bathroom.

Nice but cold stay

Very helpful staff, basic but nice enough apartment. Rema store around the corner, and very quiet location.

We stayed here at winter time, and since we booked late the heaters were not turned on, and entered a very cold apartment. The heating was put on 25 Celsius to allow for a faster heating process, however the electrical circuit could not handle this and kept on shutting off at the circuit board. Thankfully the helpful staff had pointed this out to us, so we could switch the electricity back on each time it tripped. However this poor design is not something I would expect from a property at such cost.

We very much enjoyed our stay here.

We arrived at the location, reception was closed and we did not know where to get the keys from, but one of our sons had the bright idea to check out the mail box. And there was an envelope. The apartment was very spacious, was very clean and looked quite new actually. The surroundings are quite, even with a sport pitch next door. There is also a supermarket which is obviously very convenient. The bus to the center stops right next door and it takes about 10 minutes to reach city center. We were very happy with this apartment.

Communication was lacking. We did not receive any message on where to get the key, or where to return it. We had to search/guess, but it all worked out. I would have at least expected some message from the landlord / host.

Very good

The apartment is located next to a big supermarket and with available free parking in front. It is just the right size for 5 friends with a fully equipped kitchen and living/dining area. There is also a small balcony for when the weather is nice.

The area is not something special in general, and the house construction is basic prefabricated, but this is just a detail. We would stay there again, as the price is quite good for the area.

Despite feedback, defjnitely recommendable.

The apartment is really nice, tidy, comfortable. The TV is big, the kitchen functions, the instructions for check-in were very clear which made it convenient and comfy for us! I would surely recommend this location to others.

Due to internet issues, two of the workers came into our house (without knocking on the door) and asked if they could look at it. Although they apologized, they could have thought about using the doorbell rather than just stepping in. That would prevent the guests from feeling a little shocked. Moreover, there were lots of cigarettes in front of the door, probably because the smokers didn't want to use the terrace during rainy days. I had to clean up the mess myself just to make it feel welcoming for my family members. Oh, and there is no big baking pan in case you want to cook for the family.

Super apartment close to Bergen city and all amenities.

Comfortable, clean and spacious. Close to Bergen city by car, 15-20mins drive. Reima 1000 right next door for groceries. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.
