Es war alles sauber und das Personal war freundlich.
Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer gebucht und ich war etwas enttäuscht, dass es doch ziemlich klein ausfiel. Wir waren zum Glück im Sommer vor Ort. Bei schlechtem Wetter wäre es problematisch mit 4 Personen und evtl. regennassen Sachen geworden. Und ein Kritikpunkt ist die zusätzliche Gebühr für das Essen für unsere Enkelin, die an Zöliaki erkrankt ist. Ich denke, das sollte mittlerweile doch in jedem Hotel zum Standard gehören, wenn Menschen mit gesundheitlichen Einschränkungen zu Gast sind, dass man auf diese Belange ohne Aufpreis eingeht. Es wurde ja auch nicht zusätzlich für sie gekocht und sie musste sich das Essen aussuchen, was für alle zur Verfügung stand. Da hat das Hotel doch etwas Korrekturbedarf.

Ruhige Lage. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Gute Parkanlage um das Hotel.
Kleines Bad mit Mini - Waschbecken in die Ecke gepresst! Für ein Familienzimmer völlig daneben.
Familienzimmer mit Ausblick ( ebenerdig ) auf die Glaskuppel des Schwimmbades - war nicht sehr romantisch!
24 Stunden Chlorgestank vom Schwimmbad das Hotels, da es in kurzer Distanz zu unserem Familienzimmer Entlüftungsfenster des Schwimmbades gab!
Frühstück für ein 4 Sterne Hotel --- haben wir schon besser erlebt!

Die Bitte um ein ruhiges Balkonzimmer wurde anstandslos erfüllt. Sehr sauber, tolle Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, tolles Frühstück. Besonders begeistert waren wir, daß wir 2x das Schwimmbad für uns allein hatten.
Die Auswahl beim Abendessen war begrenzt, aber das was es gab, schmeckte sehr gut.

Good size clean room. Pool very good and pool staff very pleasant and helpful.
Catering! - evening meal (buffet) very poor - some options dried out or burnt all options very greasy - very expensive, considering the poor quality. At breakfast, tables were reserved for specific rooms which seemed pointless and overly bureaucratic considering the large number available. We had to ask for help to find our allocated table, only to find that someone else had used it & we had to be allocated a new one. Most of the catering staff also appeared rather disinterested.
