Santa Maria 24 is a very well put together and very well managed property directly on the waterfront near the Castello Carlo V in the port town of Monopoli, Puglia. In particular, the level of service offered to me by everyone at SM 24 was excellent. Many thanks to everyone at the reception desk and to the very pleasant staff at breakfast… : ) BTW, the breakfast swerved at SM 24 was one of the best I’ve had in my many visits to southern Italy over the years… : ) YAY… : ) !!!

The staff were exceptional and always helpful. I was in town for a wedding that I was a part of. Like with any wedding, I was frantically running around and had a million things on my plate. The staff at Santa Maria 24 were always kind, even when I would throw them curveballs with transportation assistance.
The stairs!!! We had to go up 4 flights of stairs to get to our room. Rocco and help took our bags up for us, thank goodness! But be careful if you have any mobility issues. Additionally, not all cars are able to come into the old town center, so be mindful when coordinating transportation.
