Nous avons beaucoup aimé la propreté, la qualité et les belles dimensions de l’hébergement. La vue magnifique au petit déjeuner comme au dîner est vraiment un plus. Les hôtes sont d’une grande gentillesse et la responsable parle parfaitement français, ce qui a rendu les échanges très agréables.
Tout était très bien, suivre le panneau pizza & room et non pas le nom de la rue pour accéder à l’hébergement.

Good location - we enjoy hiking and there are good paths behind the B&B
Coffee at breakfast good and okay selection for breakfast
Host was friendly
Breakfast was oddly timed at 9-9.30, very late for a breakfast especially when you want to start walking early to beat the heat. Also no option to sit outside at breakfast.
Our room (room 1) was above the restaurant toilets and we could hear the restaurant hand driers constantly going until late
The B&B terrace was shared not only with other apartments (which is fine) but the restaurant goers, particularly smokers, continually came and used it (there is nothing stopping them) until late- as our room was on the corner with two big windows and thin curtains this was extra annoying as we felt like we had no privacy even with the curtains shut, so we couldn’t enjoy the view.
On top of this the terrace lights were bright and stayed on all night, shining like headlights through the curtain directly on to the bed (see photo)
The beds were uncomfortable and not a double but two singles together that made noise every time you moved
The room looked smart but was not functional, the fridge is unusable (small and not cold) and there are not enough rails for towels in the bathroom
Overall we felt this stay was the worst of our 7 stays this holiday in Italy despite being one of the more expensive ones, along with the restaurant guests walking past our windows late in the evening and the uncomfy bed and lights, on the final night there were fireworks which we were not warned about that woke us up at 11.30 at night, and of course the hand driers continued after this. I feel a lot of the issues are easy to solve with thicker curtains and a sign on the balcony saying it is for guests not restaurant goers - allowing the room to be darker for sleep as well as a greater sense of privacy. However, I now see similar complaints on previous reviews and nothing has been done.
