The location is excellent - walking distance to the old town, public transport, local shops and the water front. The apartment is spacious, comfortable a real home from home. We loved the outdoor space and use of the washing machine was really helpful. The welcome we received was so warm and the hosts are very kind. Communication with the hosts was very good.
We would recommend staying here. No - nothing.

Die Lage war exzellent, um in die Altstadt zu kommen. Die Wohnung ist funktional und sauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr bemüht und mehr als freundlich.

The owner provided amazing communication before, during and after stay. He was so welcoming! The hosts brother met us to check in and was just as kind and welcoming. The accommodation was absolutely spotless and beautiful. Amazing view from balcony. Great location! I would definitely come back. 😊
In the very hot summer heat it would be better to have air conditioning in bedrooms instead of fans 😊 the air conditioning in lounge was great

Byt se nachází jen pár minut od mostu do starého města Zadaru, skvělá poloha. Konzum je také blízko.
Hostitel nás předem kontaktoval, předání klíčů proběhlo osobně v ubytování. Velmi milý a ochotný hostitel nám ukázal byt a vše potřebné ukázal a vysvětlil.
Byt je útulný, čistý, s vybavenou kuchyní, dva balkony s posezením jsou k dispozici také. Opravdu velmi čisto, žádná plíseň v koupelně jak tu někdo psal.
Postele jsou velmi pohodlné, matrace v ložnici je nová. Polštáře a deky taky vypadají nově.
Byt předčil mé očekávání, je opravdu velmi příjemný, určitě můžu doporučit :)
Pro někoho může být problém: byt se nachází ve 3. patře bez výtahu. Občas je slyšet hluk z chodby domu, ale nic co by vás výrazně rušilo.
