Pleasantly surprise with the comfort, refurbish toilet and size of the villa. Pool is clean, warm water and sizeable. Beach is well taken care.
The town is fair with some eateries to try. Roti Warisan is place to go for dinner with good menu.
Main building looks old. Breakfast spread limited.

The property is clean. Very very clean. The beach is not really beautiful to my expectation, however it is confortable enough to stay and chill.
This place can order food by grab, and delivered to your door step.
My room is 1104, very near to beach. Which mean we need to walk quite far to the room. But the road/path not really suitable for stroller/wheelchair.

It is facing the beach
The pool is out of service, the sliding door is not smooth, not locked, filled with debris at the rail
The area facing the beach is filled with trash
The aircond was not very cold
No ventilation in toilet
The breakfast was so-so
