Decepcionante, com ótima localização!

Ótima localização, jacuzzi quentinha e uma equipe de apoio sensacional. O Cristian, Manuel e especialmente a Victoria foram muitos gentis e atenciosos.

Tivemos muitos problemas desde a chegada: - Vaso sanitário entupiu do 2 banheiros; - Falta de aquecimento central; - Cabana fria; - Falta de gas para aquecimento central; - Banho gelado em muitos momentos; - Espalhador da ducha ruim e molhando o banheiro inteiro (roupas e papel higienico que lá ficavam) - Só é possível tomar banho em 1 dos chuveiros. Em nenhum momento durante nossa estada foi possível tomar banho no banheiro de cima por causa da temperatura da agua e não seria possível tomar banho nos 2 banheiros pque o aquecedor a gas é de 13l/min e não dá conta de 2 chuveiros simultaneos. Issoo significa que ao voltar do esqui, 6 pessoas molhadas e com frio precisavam fazer fila para o banho. Um unico banheiro para todos na cabana, fazendo com que ficassemos com frio, atrasasse a saída para o jantar, um unico banheiro sobrecarregado, alagado e molhado até pque não há box de vidro. Ficamos sem gas e por isso não era possível o aquecimento. Tb fui informado no meio da estadia que se eu quisesse aquecimento central o dia todo, o custo seria 25USD/dia, o que obviamente aceitei (informação essa que não aparece no anúncio). Mesmo assim, não havia aquecimento e fui informado que acabou o gas. Enfim, foram uma série de problemas que comprometeu nossa estadia. Abrimos um requerimento na Booking pra tocar de estadia, eles sugeriram trocar a cabana o que não ocorreu pque já havia outras pessoas em outra cabana. Ficamos na mesma, eles trocaram o Gas e pelo menos um dos banheiros funcionou bem o banho, com temperatura boa e estável. Isso ocorreu lá pelo 4 dia de estadia. Na cozinha faltavam utensilios. Não há microondas. Enfim, foi muito desgastante. Apenas não trocarmos de estadia graças ao esforço e atenção do pessoal de apoio. A Victoria e o Cristian foram incriveis. Em todo momento, a administração da reserva da cabana esteve em contato tentando resolver. Eles não se esconderam, mas também não conseguiram resolver os problemas a tempo.
