I had a fantastic time in this apartment. The accommodation is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything one needs for a relaxing vacation. I would like to thank the host, Jack, for a wonderful stay, and I will definitely book here again.

Чисто, тихо, охрана круглосуточная, удобное местоположение, недалеко от моря, магазинов, чистый бассейн, спокойные соседи и очень доброжелательный хозяин

The location is super, Pratumnak Soi 5, more quiet than central Pattaya,
with many restaurants, bars and massage places along the street to the beach.
And there are 2 markets not far from the building. They provide a good choice of take-out food and fruits and veggies.
Fully kitchen, big fridge, stove and washing machine. Huge TV.
Host Jack is great. He sent detailed instruction on everything possible thing you need.
Jack is very responsive, all questions are answered quickly, and any issues resolved very quickly.
Hotel is bit old and its equipment, but everything functional and working.
Enclosed balcony heats up more than air outside

I liked the balcony view and the pool the most. People and the staff in the accommodation were really friendly and helpful too.
