I came to Krakow with my teenage son just for a few days. Check in easy, staff polite, friendly and hel. Location of the apartment was more then perfect. Very quiet area but shops and bakeries nearby and, just few minutes away from the main square. Room spacious and clean, beds comfortable. Sink and kettle a big bonus. Shared toilet was clean and hairdryer was handy.
I extended my stay but the room was unfortunately unavailable so I booked a different one. Room swap was very smooth, cleaning team helpful and friendly.
It's difficult to find flaws, it was all I needed for my trip. Some wall plugs didn't work and room was located on the last level so lots of stairs to walk up. Small fridge would be handy.

Cheap, reliable and close to the center
The beds were very squeaky and the overall surroundings were very loud.

location was good, large room. Very convenient and comfortable.
Tiny shower, having to walk 10 minutes away just to get the key. lockbox system would be more convenient. Lots of stairs.

It was so central only 15 min walk to the city centre
The checking in process was absolutely ridiculous it was so hard to find and when we did we were waiting 30mins to check in then we had nearly a 20 min walk with all our luggage to where we where we were actually staying !
