Breakfast options were good and plentiful
We stayed over the heritage day long weekend and experienced persistent knocking banging and shouting from work being done in the unit next door. My husband and I each fell ill on day 1 and 2 of our long weekend, which did mean we spent more time in room than planned. However, despite 4 separate complaints over the two days, the noise levels did not change. The one that was most annoying was being woken up by this noise at 7.15am.
Most staff were apathetic, barely looking up to greet (with the exception of Dannelle) and the same is true for the general manager, who never once bothered to acknowledge us.
There is a strong stench at the kids play area, which looks to be emanating from effluent spilling out of an outflow pipe not far from the kids. Great for the lovely green grass, not so much for the kids.
