Maison San Giovanni is a quiet, peaceful place. It’s a short drive into the old town, and has the feel of a country retreat.
The staff is friendly and out room was spacious.
I contacted the staff/owners in advance about my dietary restrictions, and was told that it would be no problem. I reminded them before we arrived, but in the end, they forgot and I spent an uncomfortable couple of days afterward. This may not be the place to stay if you have dietary restrictions.

Location was lovely, close to the centre and ample amounts of space to use in the garden. The home cooked dinner was very nice and there was loads of choice at breakfast. Easy to find and good communication from the hosts. Good base for any hiking trips you want to make.
We didn't have hot water and the electric gates were temperamental

The outside area for relaxing was super.
If it had rained nowhere comfortable to sit other than the bedroom
