O hotel é muito bom, bem organizado e limpo.

O ar-condicionado do meu quarto não estava "gelando" muito, e isso é essencial, pois lá é MUITO quente.

In general, the hotel is comfortable to stay at. For the most part, it feels like a good American hotel. The continental breakfast was good, as was the staff. And the location is good from the standpoint of being next to the shopping mall and a big Nova Era grocery store. My wife says that the workout room was good.

According to staff, the safes in the rooms no longer operate as they are out of date; don't know if they'll be replaced with newer ones or not. We had to ask about a place to lock up our laptop to make sure it was secure. They had the same type of safe located in an employee-only area that they let us keep it in; however because of where the safe holding our laptop was located, we didn't get to use it as much as we would if we had kept it in the safe in our room. Additionally, the hotel seems a little rundown, like it's time for it to be remodeled or at least given a good sprucing up. The water in the toilet tank in our bathroom wouldn't refill after being flushed, although the staff resolved it immediately when we spoke with them. Also, we initially only had one towel even though there were two of us. Finally, we noticed some of the silverware for the continental breakfast wasn't clean (this happened more than once).
