Pristine 2nd floor 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo with a roof top deck as well as a front porch! Upgrades galore, bring the family to be pleasantly surprised by the professional designer decorating! This property is in a central location close to boardwalk amusements, beach, restaurants and downtown shopping. Minimum age requirement of 25. This property is located in Ocean City, New Jersey, America's greatest family resort. Ocean City is a family oriented resort town located on an island along the Atlantic Ocean about 20 minutes south of the Atlantic City casinos. Most of our beaches are lifeguard protected in the summer. There is a bayfront area for watersports, fishing charters, and boat rentals. We have a 2.5 mile boardwalk with amusement piers, shopping, and restaurants. There is a music pier entertainment venue built out over the ocean for concerts and other events. Access in and out of Ocean City is by the 9th Street causeway or 34th Street Bridge. Ocean City also has a municipal airport.

My family had the pleasure of enjoying a mid September OCNJ vacation in Lori’s home. This home is beautiful and has so much to offer. The location is terrific for accessibility to the beach, boardwalk, and shops / restaurants. With Covid, cleanliness was of high importance. We were thrilled to find the house in tip top shape upon our arrival. Lori was a pleasure to work with. We found her to be prompt, approachable, professional, and personable. Thank you for such a great experience!

We had the best time in this beautiful house. It was so well appointed with everything we would ever need for the week. The house was immaculate; so super clean. Lori the owner responded so quickly to my emails. The location is absolutely perfect; close to the beach, boardwalk and rides. We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends and we ourselves, cannot wait to return to this beautiful beach escape.

This was our first beach vacation down the shore and it was so perfect. We didn’t have to worry about beach tags, chairs, umbrellas, even boogie boards and strollers! It was all there for our convenience. The weather wasnt ideal for the first few days but we played board games on the front balcony and read books in the sun on the back balcony. The beds were comfortable, we all slept amazing. And the location was perfect! We loved that we could walk up 4 blocks and go for a stroll on the boardwalk then walk back for lunch and grab our beach stuff. It was such a short walk, I even let my 12 and 9 year old walk down to the arcade for a bit. Will definitely be coming back again!

This is our 6th year staying and we have nothing but great things to say about the house and the owners. They are so easy and a delight to work with and we just love the location. We are a family of 5 and we look forward to our week in OC every year.

My family has been coming to OC for 5 years, always renting top floor 4 bedroom units, and this one has been the nicest so far. You can tell the owners do not cut corners and are happy to spend more to provide a higher quality product than other rentals. The garage is stocked with beach chairs, carts, bikes, toys, strollers, everything you need. So is the rest of the house. All of the details are provided for, simple things as well like lots of pillows. Location is excellent. Balcony is east facing which is important so you get shade in the afternoon and evening. I would definately recommend this rental to others. Communication with owner is easy. Mattresses were very firm, but that will vary person to person.

Lori & Scott, the owners, have a great place in OC, perfect for any family looking for a great home for their vacation. What sets this home apart from the others is the owners' attention to both large and small details that make you truly feel at home away from home on your vacation. There is a rooftop deck from which to enjoy the day and night, as well as two (2) master bedrooms with ensuite baths. There are other great amenities too numerous to mention in this review. Put simply, you will notice that the owners have equipped this home as an owner would, not a landlord. We have rented the same week three years in a row and know that if you do, you will become a repeat customer too!.

My Family and I ( total of 3 couples ) stayed for a week in September, 2018. This home is in immaculate condition and well appointed with everything you will need ! Wonderful layout, comfortable, roomy, the 3 full baths such a great plus. Location can't be beat. Owner such a pleasure to work with - we had absolutely no issues. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying again !

This home is very special and the owner has thought of everything - there is even a Pack and Play if you have a little one. Clean and well maintained. Convenient to beach and Boardwalk. My family all agreed it was like staying at a close friend's home. It is hard to find a vacation home that feels like home! I highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a five star experience. The owner was very helpful and easy to work with,

We visited here 7/21/18 for the week. The home is clean and well decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils/plates/cookware/cutting boards, etc. so no need to bring things from home. Close to beach and boardwalk. The owner responds immediately to any questions and was a gem to work with.

Our family has rented this property for three consecutive summers. Lori is very responsive and takes care of every detail including beach chairs, beach caddy, and toys. The property is in a great location for those who like a quiet street, but want to be close to all the activities Ocean City has to offer. The roof top deck offers spectacular views and a great way to relax and watch the sun set on another beautiful Ocean City day. Looking forward to our next stay on 11th and Central.
