Great location for a work visit nearby
Bit shabby in the bathroom and no ac, but there was a fan. None of the doors seemed to have soft closures, so my neighbours early start woke me.

Rooms are tiny and there is absolutely no storage for clothes or bags apart from a rack with four hangers, meaning we were constantly tripping over our bags which took up most of the floor space. No conditioner provided in bathrooms. Breakfast choices are fairly limited (eg only honey and strawberry jam are on offer as far as spreads go) and anything other than filter coffee has to be paid for. The door to our room was warped and needed closing with force.
