I liked the beds and the lockers, they were the best! very comfy and the staff was very friendly and they had free towel service if you follow them on social media
The internet was slow, like very slow and the location was okay, it was far from the sightseeing but close to the train station and they did not have free water so I had to buy bunch of bottled water

I stayed with my friends at the Guesthouse Nest in Osaka and it was an amazing experience. Everything is clean, good facilities, the location is another good thing, it's really near to the station, Lawson and 7 Eleven, so it's easy to move from the Hostel. The rooms are comfortable and the staff... they're awesome!!!
We'll come back one day for sure!!!

The locatiom was great, few minutes from the station. 2 minutes
whats clean? the shower only
the staff - they are kind, however, i didnt like how they handle the over all assistance to the guests.
1, the curtain of the bunkbed keeps on falling. i had to fix it every time. it tends to make a sound especially at night. They didnt realize this when i came, i had ti make a complain before they fix it.
2. i didn’t like how they handle the complain of one customer. it was one sided. even if they remind all guests, those who actually make the noise are those female staff who stays in the same room.
3. the staff are just there living their best life squatting the common area like their own house, a new guest came in and no one assisted.
Space - so small, no area to fix your bag. i get it, you get what u paid for
Kitchen area is dirty.
