The host Massimiliano was great: he was on time to pick us up from the airport, provided all the help we needed, was very attentive and friendly. The location of B&B is perfect - in the middle of the city, around the corner from he most lively street.

The room was very bright with high ceilings in an historic building, right in the center of town. There was a small terrace perfect for having breakfast.
You need to get through numerous doors to get to your room. Only one set of keys for two people who are independently minded. It required some coordination, but it is not a major issue. Since we were in the middle of the city, it could be noisy at night, but it was expected. Bring your earplugs. I lived in NYC, so I am used to some noise.

Excellent location in center of Catania in beautiful baroque building. Big room, very clean and with comfortable bed. Clean bathroom, has all amenities needed. The AC was good; important, as it was extremely hot outside. Too hot for me to enjoy coffee on the balcony, unfortunately. :) The host, Massimiliano, was more than wonderful!!! I can't say enough good things about his professionalism and kindness. There is a breakfast nook with coffee, brioches, yoghurt etc. Good value for money, close to subway stop and bus line to the airport, but also to all the places to visit in the center.
If you want to leave the windows open, it is noisy, as it's in an area with traffic. Not a problem for me, as I had the windows closed with the AC on and I'm also a heavy sleeper.

We canceled the stay when we saw the place.
-air condition work vert badly for the hot summer,
- this is more like hostel stay and wasnt comfortbale,
- the bed was aful and not so clean
