Great location- just around the corner from brunch club…
Lovely and clean, aircon units installed
Elisabetta was brilliant and super helpful
Paying extra for aircon (I would rather it be invisible in the price) and it was too hot and noisy to sit on the terrace for too long due to the extractor fans (assume that this is the price to pay for air con)
it was down a few alleyways-fine for us and part of Venetian charm but maybe not for more nervous people

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It was clean, well-equipped with all the essentials, and conveniently located.
Since it’s in an old building, we had to climb two flights of narrow stairs, which wasn’t very convenient with a baby. At night, there was noise from outside until around 2–3 AM, which could be disruptive.
Additionally, the coffee machine wasn’t working, which was a small inconvenience for us.

The apartment is located within 20 minutes' walk of the main sites, yet in a relatively quiet location. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within minutes of the apartments. Both the host Laura and property manager, Elisabeth, were helpful and provided good communication. The double and twin bedrooms were comfortable and clean and the main sitting area was comfortable for relaxing after a day of site seeing. There is a small balcony, but the weather at the time, meant we never used this.
The bathroom and shower cubicle are very small and could do with a refresh but was still adequate for a short stay.
The main air conditioning did not work, though a portable unit was provided, which means hanging the vent out an open window, so not ideal. Thankfully not needed due to the weather but needs fixed for the next year.
Note, there are two flights of stairs to the apartment and an additional internal flight from the front door to the first floor of the apartment and also a flight of stairs to the sitting area in the attic. We had no issues with this, but probably best to avoid with young children or elderly.
