Situated in Ogunquit, this attractive cottage for $235 per night is a great option for your next trip. Cottage is located on Ocean St. in Ogunquit, just a few cottages up from the the popular Footbridge Beach. The surrounding area is residential, perfect for walking and great for kids. Located steps away from a trolley stop that will take you through the surrounding area and Perkins Cove. Beach has restrooms. Cottage has a renovated kitchen and bathroom and a small screened in porch, perfect for your morning beverage or reading a book. For those cool spring and fall nights, sit by the gas fireplace place and create great family memories. There is a cottage behind this one connected by a breezeway. There is no interior access from one cottage to the other. Rent them both with family or friends, combined they sleep 9. Perfect cottage for a long weekend and walks on the beach.

The cottage was extra clean.
The kitchen is well equipped so you can cook a lot.
The BBQ was sparkling clean.
The self-entry is very convenient, especialy if you are 2 or 3 people in the house with differents schedules.
The footbridge (hence the beach) is only 3 to 4 minutes walk. Just perfect!

Our second time staying at 87 Ocean St. was even better than the first. The cottage is very comfortable, the gas fireplace made it even more so on cool evenings. The screened porch is a plus. The location is great, just a short stroll to Footbridge beach and another 20 minutes or so to the village. We look forward to staying here again.

Beautiful cottage that was immaculate and two minutes walking distance to gorgeous Footbridge beach. Stayed with friends for three nights and enjoyed the area exploring all the cute shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Renting this property was a breeze. The owners were quite lovely to work with and were kind and hospitable. I would highly recommend this property and neighborhood and shopping. Close to the beach and quiet neighborhood. We loved the home and Ogunquit. Thanks again.

This is our 2nd time renting this property. You cannot beat the location in terms of easy beach access and the house has a nice front porch to enjoy after a busy day at the beach. The house is comfortable and clean and is within walking distance to many good restaurants.

Property was clean, convenient to the beach and a nice layout. Only minor complaint is front bedroom got very hot during the heat wave we had during the stay. There were window AC units in the other rooms and those areas stayed cool. I would still highly recommend the cottage, we had a blast.

The house is well maintained and nicely landscaped. The screened-in front porch is a big plus. We ate most of our meals there, and morning coffee on the porch was most enjoyable. The mattress seemed new and were very comfortable. The short walk to the beach is the best!

A great getaway
We have vacationed on Ocean Street begore, but this location was new to us. It was so easy to make arrangements, so clean and convenient to the beach and so many great restaurants.
We would love to rent it again in the future.

Great cottage
I love this cottage. It has great atmosphere. It's warm and cozy even in October. There is a lovely porch that catches the afternoon sun. Footbridge Beach is 2 minutes away. You can walk to downtown Ogunquit, or stop at one the 4 restaurants right at the end of the road.

Loved this cottage. It was very clean and a very short walk to the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet and there are great restaurants near by. The owner was very helpful and the communication was outstanding.

Another great week in Ogunquit. We have stayed in this cottage multiple times and it was excellent as usual. The property was spotless and the location is super close to the amazing Footbridge Beach. Hope to return many more times.

Nice cottage close to beach
My husband and I enjoyed staying in the Footbridge area. It’s very convenient. We were very close to the beach, able to easily walk to Ogunquit, and able to go out to dinner by walking to the end of the road.
The cottage is small, but was fine for the two of us. We loved the screen porch, and since the weather was a bit cool, the gas fireplace was wonderful.
We wished that beach chairs and an umbrella had been provided since we flew in from the Midwest and were not able to bring our own.

Awesome Cottage
We have stayed at Ken & Laura's cottage multiple times (front & back cottage). It's just a great cottage with an even greater location less than a 2 minute walk to the great Footbridge Beach. The cottage is very clean and comfortable with a great screened-in front porch. We highly recommend this cottage and we certainly will return next summer!

Had a wonderful family vacation and we love the cottage.
It was great being so close to the ocean--we could hear the crashing of the waves from our cottage and it was just a short walk to the beach. This was our second vacation staying in the same cottage. We love it!

Excellent cottage!
This is a great little cottage literally a few hundreds yards from Footbridge Beach. We had stayed at the rear cottage before which was nice but we much preferred the front cottage. It's all on one floor, super clean with great comfortable beds (3 twin & 1 queen) in the two bedrooms. The screened-in front porch is awesome with cool breezes guaranteed. We loved our stay here!

Perfect place for a family!
The location is perfect, at walking distance from the beach. The outside shower is very useful to clean the sand when coming back from the beach. And the screen porch was very nice to just relax and to eat breakfast in the morning. We enjoyed taking the trolley to visit Ogunquit.
