The villa is in a great location. It is easy walking distance to many attractions but tucked away in a quieter part of the street, we never had any noise from the road disturb us. The breakfast was fantastic. The portion sizes and variety each morning was great. Our room was spacious and clean, it was very comfortable for two people. The staff were all very kind and accommodating, we felt very welcomed during out stay!

A hidden gem in the Malecon, I loved my stay here. The room was lovely, the made to order breakfasts were amazing and the staff were gracious and welcoming. I plan to stay here on my next trip to Puerto Vallarta.

Charming small property. Well maintained nice rooftop area. Location was good and quiet but close to the action.
The breakfast although plenty and with some good options (fruit and pastries) the cooked options were not great, but I did very much appreciate having breakfast included.
