I loved that the property is right by the beach, very private, and conveniently close to my family, which made my stay peaceful and enjoyable.
Unlike my previous stays in 2023, I did not receive any of the included breakfasts during my seven nights, nor did I experience room service or cleaning, which made the stay less comfortable.

The sound of waves crashing was very soothing. Pizzas are amazing!
Daily servicing of room would be nice. Menu is also very limited and can do with some more options. If you want something off menu, ask them. They might just be able to provide as they did for me.

A bit confusion regarding payment on the website & being told by Manager that Booking.com confirmed reservation, but payments are made at site.(Not listed on website) My payment info was given twice which was not necessary.

Sewage smell in my villa, power continuously going out. At one point, I had no power for over an hour. I went to take a walk on the beach, and it was very dirty. It would benefit them to clean up the beach
