About this apartment rental

New studio apartment with queen size bed, beautiful bathroom, open concept kitchen, and 24' deck with grill, Adirondack chairs, and a table with umbrella overlooking the majestic Shawangunk Mountains. Whether you are active and are looking for a place to hike or want to take a lover's tour through the hudson valley wineries, our studio awaits you in lovely New Paltz. Only 90 miles from New York City and in the most beautiful area our state has to offer. Come and see for yourself! We are five minutes to town, great trails, wineries, restaurants, and pubs. Please note only verified travelers through vrbo/home away will be accepted.

The space was perfect. Everything you might have needed was provided, it was clean, inviting and beautifully laid out. Perfect location so close to many ideal hiking/biking spots. Definitely would stay here again.

Great hosts and this “tree house with all of the amenities” plus hot tub and pool was perfect for our trip for our daughter’s orientation at SUNY New Paltz! Would definitely stay again!!

My husband and I stayed here for a couple of nights so he could participate in the Hudson Valley Triathlon. The apartment is adorable and clean. The location is convenient to downtown New Paltz and the Gunks. Having access to the pool and hot tub was amazing as well! Communication with Franky was great and check in and out was seamless. We would definitely stay here again.
