Great location and layout. Well equipped and plenty of space. You can walk through from the apartment block to the Beach.
I wouldn’t recommend for young kids, the upstairs stairway could be tempting for young kids to climb and potentially fall (hard to explain but pointed out to me by my 12 year old). My kids were older so no problem, but would be wary for toddlers and young children. Great for adults and could easily cater two couples with own space and bathroom.

Location was absolutely perfect. We had awesome weather, got to enjoy the pool, hot tub and the beach. Really nice places to eat and shops. Our apartment was absolutely perfect with everything we needed and more.

We had a wonderful stay at Ocean Eleven(P3). The location was awesome—close to the beach, bars, and the famous Mount Maunganui. The property was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, including the bathrooms. We really enjoyed the heated pool on level 3 with its beautiful sea view. The fully equipped kitchen gave us a real “home away from home” feeling. Having three smart TVs in the bedrooms and the living area was a great bonus, as everyone could watch what they liked. the secured carpark with easy access to the unit was another upside.
A special thanks to Abby for her great communication, which made the check-in and check-out process very easy for us. Overall, a fantastic place that we’d happily stay at again.
Not a really big deal , but it would be great if the guests could have some more privacy at balcony

The location was perfect and very central, making it easy to get around. The house itself was lovely and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, the bedroom had great air conditioning, and there were plenty of towels provided. Communication from the hosts was excellent, and the pool was a really nice bonus. We had a very comfortable stay and would happily return.
