Our stay at High Tide was nothing short of phenomenal! When we found out the the Navy would be commissioning our son’s ship in Eastport, I was uneasy about finding accommodations for 5. I came across this beautiful home and was very excited. Mike and Matt made us feel right at home! They were both very responsive and so much fun when we ran into them in town. I also highly recommend the WaCo Diner!

Our host was able to accommodate my family in a way I simply would never expect. They literally saved my trip, after the original place I booked over an hour away turned into a nightmare requiring me to forfeit a week's rental and just hope for the best in finding something else last minute. The host at High Tide was a beaming knight in shining armor, responding to my very late night booking request. I thought it was too good to be true until we arrived and it was everything thing the listing said it would be and soo much more! A one-of-a-kind victorian home with modern touches that kept true to its history. The location was amazing, the setting was perfect, and the town was out of a storybook. My family and I loved every moment of being here creating memories that will last a lifetime. We will be back very soon. Thank you Michael for everything! Until next time!

High Tide was an amazing place for my friends and I to spend some time together. The house was clean, spacious, and charming. It had everything we needed. The views are wonderful, and there were close places to see the change in the tides. We really enjoyed our time at High Tide!

Beautifully furnished and supplied with top quality linens; this home is spacious and comfortable for 8 people. There are four spaces for gathering: the kitchen, the deck, the dining room (table seats 10), and the living room. Lovely views and convenience to downtown make this a very pleasant vacation home.

Old house with tasteful updates in convenient location overlooking Campobello Island. Had an issue with my car while visiting and Michael kindly put me in contact with local garage owner who capably diagnosed the problem and helped put my mind at ease for the return journey. Wonderful stay!

The house, the grounds and the views are as lovely as the photos. The town of Eastport is small, but the atmosphere and people are wonderful. There is a short walkway by the water (with a mermaid), and our favorite restaurant, the WaCo (Washington County). The weather and natural beauty of this area is storybook perfect. There are many parks and hiking trails, whale watching, and trips to Canada. To top this off, the owners are wonderful. This is our 6 th summer to travel around the country and we have never had such wonderful people to rent from. They are extremely responsive to every need you may have, delightful, helpful and lots of fun. I would come just to visit with them! I would recommend this place to anyone! And ps, a great library!

It had been a few years since my family and I visited Eastport. We’re so happy we found this beautiful home away from home for our most recent trek. The house was immaculate when we walked in, with spacious and comfortable bedrooms and an inviting living room. The deck outside had a panoramic view of the bay, and was perfect for morning breakfasts. The weather was much nicer than the heatwave we left behind in NJ; we were all grateful for the cool weather! Deer roamed the years frequently, and a highlight of the trip for my kids was when a neighbor’s cat stopped by for a visit. Peaceful and quiet, the home is a wonderful getaway.

The house was lovely. Cozy, but big enough for privacy when desired. We’ll equipped kitchen for cooking and close to restaurants when we felt like going out. Wonderful views from the deck.

The house was clean, spacious and was a nice, quiet location. It has a beautiful view and felt private even though it was near other homes (quiet street). The location was convenient for visiting hiking trails, sightseeing in the area as well as downtown Eastport. It has everything we needed and plenty of room for our family to spread out. The host was next door if we needed anything. The Sonos sound system was an added bonus which we enjoyed.

High Tide is a perfect getaway…and you can’t beat Eastport in August. This is our 2nd year in a row staying here and it was just as great as the first time. The host is ver responsive, the house is super comfortable, the upgrade to a King in the front bedroom was a nice surprise…and ver comfortable. It is just so airy and light with lovely extra touches wherever you look. We will be back!

The house is elegantly decorated, but with very sturdy wooden and metal pieces, so it doesn't feel fussy, or delicate so you're afraid you'll harm something. Views from every room, and a peaceful feeling to the place.

This was our first time staying at this property and it was excellent. The house is very comfortable and spacious with everything you need. We spent time sitting on the deck and enjoying the views of Campobello Island and looking out toward the Bay Of Fundy. This was our families 7th trip to the bold coast of Maine and one of our most relaxing places we have stayed. The neighborhood is quiet and you can watch the deer wander in the back yard as you enjoy an evening beverage on the deck. Michael was very pleasant to talk to and answered any questions we had. He gave us info on where to get seafood and about beaches to explore. Everyone in the family thoroughly enjoyed the stay and all of us agreed that we should come back to stay here again. Thank you Michael for allowing us to stay here.

Great high views in a large older well kept home. Walked everywhere in Eastport. Michael was exceptional. Lived next door and was there for any questions or help. Great place to escape the heat of the summer.

The house was great but I do wonder why the 2nd bedroom on the third floor is not mentioned. It is empty and only needs to be furnished. We had 10 people and 2 of them had to stay elsewhere because we didn't know about the fifth bedroom

A great spot by the water in a quiet part of Eastport, but just a short walk to the stores, restaurants and the local brewery. Spacious lounging area, with a nice TV and Sonos music system. Well equipped kitchen. It had everything we needed. We will come again!

We had a wonderful week at High Tide! The house is beautifully decorated with many interesting, unique pieces. The views are gorgeous, especially from the deck and bay windows.
