Nestled in McQueeney, this attractive house for $2,000 per night is a great choice for your next trip. NOTE: ****please do NOT “request to book,” rather instead click "contact host" below. We want to make sure guests are right for the property. Please "contact me" first so VRBO doesn’t penalize our denial of the reservation. Thanks in advance. NOW FOR THE FUN STUFF! The waterfront home features exceptional views from up in cypress tree canopy. There are 2 master bedrooms downstairs (one detached in the "Casita"); 28-foot full sliding doors between great room and huge hardwood deck; a designer kitchen with Thermador, Viking appliances, two dishwashers, and ample sleeping upstairs. The home is great for small family vacations (no more than 12 people) or corporate retreats. The bedrooms upstairs are: 2 huge guest king bedrooms with ensuite baths, one with a full balcony overlooking the lake and another with butted windows overlooking the lagoon. Down the hall, there is a Full bathroom on the left which services the following bedrooms: "Play room" which has 2 Queen beds, "game room" which has a double-bed futon, "bunkroom" which has 2 twin bunkbeds (4 beds), and an attached Queen “bonus room” which overlooks the volleyball court and lake and sits among the cypress trees. The house has 360 water views due to large water frontage and a lagoon on the opposite side. Features large wrap around patio, a whole home audio system, steam room, and indoor fireplace in addition to outdoor fire pit. There is a huge amount of outdoor seating and the breeze always blows on this side of the lake. Ideal for families and corporate retreats. No bachelor parties, etc, please. We can put you in touch with a boat driver to take you on a pontoon boat ride or waterskiing. No more than 12 guests, and for groups 5 or smaller we can potentially do a small discount, especially if outside VRBO. Note: We do not rent to parties under the age of 35.

If there is such a thing as perfection in a vacation home, this is it. The home was much larger than the pictures convey, with plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces for people of all ages. The well-stocked kitchen was greatly appreciated. The host and his team were friendly and knowledgeable. He even hooked us up with a local chef and boat ride provider - Captain Hawaiian Brian! Lake McQueeney is beautiful, and the house is on the prettiest part of the lake. Fun was had by everyone in the family, ages 4 - 70. Cherished memories were made. We WILL be back!

When we walked in we were really impressed with the layout and cleanliness. Excellent kitchen layout and patio layout with excellent Grill. The property was impressive from the moment we arrived with a basketball goal, Volleyball court, lakeside view and firepit. Ready to go back with a longer stay.

We had such a wonderful time here. It met all our needs and more. The kids enjoyed the paddle boards, fishing, volleyball, used fire pit to make s’mores. Was able to cook our meals together. The home is beautiful and so cozy. Property was not far at all from Schlitterbahn and many other attractions! Hope to be able make another visit to New Braunsfel and stay at this property again. The house was perfect for our family’s vacation. There is plenty of room for hanging out and the kids loved the outdoor spaces. The water is peaceful to watch and the amenities were perfect. Bowie was quick to respond to our questions and gave us great recommendations.

Wonderful gated community. This house was great for our large family with ages ranging from young kids to grandparents, and it is right on the river! The the kids got to swim while the adults hung out on the deck. The house was very clean and it actually looks better in person than on the pictures. The gourmet kitchen has everything you need. The host runs a full-service operation. He was able to arrange to have someone cook and clean for us. He even arrange for a boat ride! We'll be back. Thank you.

Very spacious beautiful lake house!! House is in a quiet subdivision lots of privacy.. the kitchen is very well equipped plenty of pots n pans super stocked lots of space to work with bedrooms were awesome plenty of space to relax and unwind very clean decor complimented the house… Bowie was very understanding and helpful after my reservation got canceled 2 days before our arrival due to plumbing issues so was super stressed but he was helpful and tried to make me feel at ease perfect communication would just check if I needed anything offered info to make our stay a fun adventure very pleased overall excellent hospitality will stay again in future 👍

Wow! Everything I expected and more. The property is clean, very well groomed and well stocked in the kitchen and throughout. The beds were comfortable and all the linens are clean and fresh. The views are so pretty during the evening and the lake is almost in the backyard-just walk outside. There was lots to do for the kids and everyone had a great time! The fireplace outside is the best!

The property is beautiful and spacious. The volleyball, basketball court, paddle boards and outdoor firepit added to the fun. The house was very spacious with a large kitchen and open living living area being where we spent most of our indoor time. Overall, this was a very fun place to stay and the condition of the. property. was excellent.

This is a fabulous family lakehouse. It surpassed all of our expectations. The indoor/outdoor living was our favorite. The gourmet kitchen/dining space is perfect for large families. The entire home is very well equipped and beautifully maintained. We especially loved all the lake activities. The fire pit was a great gathering place in the evenings. Thank you for an incredible place to stay on the lake! We can't wait to return!

This house is wonderful and we had a great time. Very spacious for a large group and well appointed. We loved sitting by the outdoor fire pit and the kids of course loved the s’mores! Easily rented a pontoon boat from Nick’s to take us around the lake. We’ll be back!
