Situated in McQueeney, this attractive house for $192 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Charming 1350 Sq foot elevated house nestled between two large pecan trees. This house has been completely renovated, literally from the ground up, as it has been lifted 14-feet off the ground. Modern kitchen with composite counter-tops, all brand new appliances including Refrigerator, Flat top Electric Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher and Stove Hood with fan. Lots of kitchen storage with pull out pantry shelves. All 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans, and the house has central heating and AC. Master Bedroom has King sized bed, large closet, it's own bathroom with tiled walk-in shower and dual vanity sinks. The 2nd Bedroom has Queen sized bed and large modern closet. The 3rd and smallest bedroom has a bunk bed (Twin over Full) that can comfortably sleep 4 small children, or 2 adults with a child. The second guest bathroom has dual vanity mirrors and sinks and a large tiled walk in shower. This cozy house has high speed WiFi, 4 wall mounted TV's, one in each bedroom and large 58" TV in living room. Comfortably sleeps 7 guests in bedrooms and 1 on the couch. You can squeeze in a few extra people (up to 10 max) with small air mattresses. House comes with small balcony outside, and a fire pit and BBQ on the bottom floor. The yard is .20 of an acre and is fully fenced to bring a small or medium sized dog. All composite wood flooring throughout entire house for easy cleanup and durability. Come enjoy a relaxing getaway next to Lake McQueeney with across the street lake access via our residential community park. Amazing bass and catfish fishing !!! ***Update on the Lake. As of April 2023, Lake McQueeney has been lowered about 12 feet in order to fix the dam. This means Limited Lake activity.

I never expected to find a VRBO in McQueeney, TX. I am really glad I looked now. The property was perfect in every way from check in to check out. The property is very clean and secure. Being as how dark it can get there the automatic lights when you come up is Great.The Property is just as listed on the site and the communication with the owner is Awesome! We will definetly be booking again on our next trip to McQueeney!

We've rented this house twice now. It's a great get away. Our extended family rents across the street. It's so nice to just walk over and hang out at the loud house then go back to our quiet comfortable clean house!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. It's best feature was its worse feature - having to climb those stairs. Loved the patio underneath, grilled or smoked almost every night. Liked pulling my truck in under the house as there were a couple of thunder and hail storms during our stay. Quiet neighborhood.

Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect home and location to stay! There were 3 adults and 3 teens and we had plenty of room. The home was so well stocked with everything you could possibly need! Everything was just as described in listing.

We came from south Texas to enjoy a new part of Texas . The three of us had an awesome time . The Tree house had everything we thought it would have and than more. The amenities this property has inside and out made this the trip perfect. Loved it Joyce & John L.

Easy check in process. Owner is very responsive. We had all the essentials needed to stay for the week. Would highly recommend. Also, there is a trampoline that my 15 yr old enjoyed. Loved the fenced yard and we enjoyed the fire pit.

The house is beautiful and clean. The yard is plenty big enough for the family and pets. Bbq pit, trampoline, fire pit, all great. I hope to enjoy this house in the summer time in the future. It was a blessing to be able to have Christmas with my family there. You will not be disappointed if you have the opportunity to stay here.

Travis was a great host! He ensured we had all information and supplies needed for a comfortable and carefree stay. They also provided kid friendly games and trampoline. When we had an issue with the shower door he was quick to respond and send over a handyman to get it fixed. Definitely a great place to stay at with family and friends!

The treehouse was PERFECT for our needs! We were visiting family and checking on property in the area, and this place was clean and comfortable. A great retreat for us! And our little dog enjoyed watching squirrels out the windows!! We will be back!!

The "Treehouse" is very comfortable and inviting. Only thing you need is food, Travis supplies everything you could possibly need. My kiddos suggested we make this home one of our yearly vacation spots.

We all really enjoyed our stay at the Tree house. It was so tastefully decorated and had all the amenities that we needed (and more)! The owners of this property really put a lot of thought into making their guests comfortable. From the kitchen to the bath and bedding, everything was nice quality and aesthetically pleasing as well. The kids loved the trampoline and we even made time to build a fire one night. Even though we were there for Thanksgiving, it was nice being by the lake. Travis and his wife were readily available and responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this place to other families and would love to go back during the summer!

Great location, house is immaculate. Kitchen has all the utensils and fully stocked with whatever you need to cook. Everything you need for a lake or picnic day is provided: towels, sunscreen, cooler, bug spray, etc. The welcome bottle of wine and cold beer and drinks were a very nice surprise. Communication with the owner was excellent, very prompt and responsive. Highly recommend.

This property was very clean and welcoming. We appreciated all of the extras provided by the host to make our stay better. The location was perfect for our plans of tubing, Schlitterbahn, Natural Bridge Caverns, Greene Hall/ Gristmill, & of course Lake McQueeney. The host, Travis was excellent with communication during our stay. We highly recommend this property.

This home is so fresh and comfortable, our family truly loved all of the amenities within the home and the location in proximity to Lake McQueeney! Our host Travis was so helpful and responsive! He was willing to accomodate our need for additional nights stay and when we had car trouble during our drive out from California he arranged for goodies to be ready for us when we arrived. We highly recommend this home for anyone who wants to visit the area. Thank you Travis for opening your beautiful home to our family!

This is a great place to relax and enjoy time with family! Plenty of room, very clean and comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen to cook and great fire pit downstairs for smores! Also a great grill downstairs. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back again!

This property was recently renovated and most if not all of it looks like new construction. We liked the modern farmhouse style of furniture. The owner was very responsive to our texts and thought trough many details. Every bedroom had a television. The kitchen had everything we needed and was stocked with cleaners, paper towels and coffee. The bathrooms were clean. There was a desk with a power outlet and it was stocked with paper and pens. We would consider staying again sometime.
