Staffs were helpful. The shuttle to the airport was helpful, too.
There is no shuttle service to the hotel from the airport; however, it's not too far via taxi.

Check in was quick, the room was spacious and clean. Arranging the shuttle service was easy at check in. that is necessary ahead of time. You cannot arrange it day of so do it when you check in.
There are three conbinis in the immediate walking area (2 Family Marts (One in the Sheraton across the street and another further down the corner) and a 7-11 next to the second Family Mart).
Listing on Booking.com is not clear that the shuttle service is by reservation for trips TO the airport. I booked thinking that the hotel had a recurring shuttle service to and from the airport. I took a surprisingly expensive Uber to the hotel as a result (airport fees for Uber are excessive at TPE, just FYI). Also customers should know that they are limited on the number of bags unless they are an IHG member. If not an IHG member, any extra baggage outside of the initial free bag would cost more per piece. Just FYI.

It’s close to the airport an it is clean
I booked it because it says in the Booking platform that it offers free shuttle from and to the airport. Turned out it does not, it no longer offer pick up from the airport and the drop off service is limited to one luggage per person. If you have another luggage, they’ll charge you extra money for that. This information is not available on the platform before or even at the moment of booking it.
