The apartment is spacious, with full amenities (although no capsules for the coffee machine 🙃). Suited for a longer stay than we had (1 night).
We selected this apartment because it was close to the beach, restaurants and market. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk, and the street along it has many places to eat, drink and be merry 😀.
A bit expensive for 1 night (97€) but we got everything we wanted.
No AC in the bedroom, but the AC in the living room is ample if you leave the bedroom door open. In case you have kids and would like privacy - a ventilator would be the minimum requirement.
It is a basement flat, which didn't bother us the least, but some people might not like it.

We liked the location since it is near the beach and the center. We were able to go to the beach the evening before our flight the next day. The apartment is spacious with complete appliances. It is clean as well. Maria and George were accomodating. Transportation was also arranged by George which is convenient for us.
There is no aircon inside the bedroom, only one AC for the whole apartment in the living room. We had to open the door of the bedroom so the air will go inside. Otherwise, we were able to sleep well, but we needed to full blast the AC.

Appartamento fornito con tutto quello che era necessario.
Molto pulito e posizione ottima, non essendo sulla strada principale era molto silenzioso
L'host è stato molto gentile e ci ha dato preziose informazioni.
Alloggio ottimo sia per chi vuole fare 2 giorni di mare sia per chi deve andare a Rafina per il traghetto (la fermata del bus è a 5 minuti a piedi)

Super clean, spacious and well decorated. The place and most furniture is completely new and it is full equipped with everything you might need.
The owner is very friendly and kind, I totally recommend it.
