Die Fewo ist ruhig gelegen. Im WZ gibt's eine Klimaanlage. Die Terrasse zur Teufelsmauer hatte eine schöne Aussicht.
Die Regendusche war schön(wäre toll wenn man auch den Wasserdurchfluss regulieren könnte).

Die Internet Geschwindigkeit war nicht gut. Der Vermieter will sich aber kümmern.
Leider ging die Balkontür und Fenster nicht auf, da der Balkon sich noch im Bau befindet. Dann wird es bestimmt toll.
Die Rollläden gingen um 21.00 Uhr automatisch runter , da einer auch noch defekt war, etwas störend.
Der Zufahrtsweg zum Parkplatz war etwas eng, deswegen haben wir an der Straße geparkt.

The apartment had everything we needed. Fully equipped kitchen, large TV, comfortable furniture in living room and bedroom. The free pass to bodetaltherme is a big plus. Private parking next to the entrance. Few minutes drive from supermarkets and the beautiful surrounding of the the Harz region. The location is at the end of Thale overlooking green fields and hills. Super quiet and nice.
Minor issue since Google maps does not show the actual street "Kleiner Bockriss" which is a small alley from the main "Bockriss" strasse roughly across the street from house number 5.

Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Sie ist ideal für eine Familie mit maximal einem Kind. Sie ist top ausgestattet. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür.
Es gibt hier nichts zu beanstanden.
