The location is really convenient — it’s very close to Taitung’s Tiehua Village. The room was fairly comfortable and clean.
The service was just average. The first room even had peanut shells under the sofa. They did change the room for me, but the window view on that side was all construction.

Location excellent, literally a bike ride from the beach, UBike depot right at the door. Cool rooftop pool..Rooms spacious and airy , reception staff very helpful. Very nice residents' cafe area off the lobby with coffee machine and nibbles

Great location, beautiful room and decor, great breakfast.
Staff were not at all friendly on reception or at breakfast ( don’t arrive after 9.30 if you don’t want to be made to feel uncomfortable).
Need individual reading lights over each bed.
Biggest disappointment was the pool. We felt we had paid a premium rate to get a hotel with a pool, only to discover that it was closed from. 11.30 am to 3.30 pm, not even allowed to sit in the area.
