The staff was very kind and helpful, the accommodation offers a relaxing and comfortable stay. The courtyard is a pleasant environment to have breakfast or for 1-2 beers in the evening before bed.
We had no problems whatsoever.

El hotel queda ubicado diez minutos de la plaza principal y cinco minutos del sendero de Cerro de las Cruces. Los funcionarios fueron amables, el desayuno estaba bueno, tenía un gato lindo, y mantenía todo muy limpio y la cama fue cómoda. El precio fue muy razonable.
El baño compartido no tenía agua caliente y durante la mañana hacía frío para bañarse.

Gorgeous quiet hotel in walking distance to Antigua city centre. Breakfast in the green inner court was super lovely! The team was accommodating for leaving luggage and available even at late hours.
The wifi connection faded out a bit at times from my room so best to plan your video calls in the garden near the router. Sharing just one bathroom with other groups felt a bit tight at times but it all worked well.

The location was excellent. Close to the centre but far away enough not to be noisy.
The room was damp and smelled musky. I understand it's due to the location and climate but as there was no real ventilation it was a bit unpleasant.
I also noticed they didn't offer new towels so the one I'd used was damp as it never got to dry properly.
