Wonderful stay at this very comfortable property.Great location for beach walks with the dogs.Lovely outdoor area for bbq or relaxing with a book. This was our second time here & I'm sure we'll be back.

We stayed at the house for 3 nights for our annual family trip. Everything is clean and well maintained. It’s great to cross the street to get to the beach. Loved having the fireplace going on chilly nights.

Beautifully presented with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and easy. Beds are soooooo comfortable. Bathrooms lovely. Plenty of space for kids upstairs adults downstairs. Kitchen was well appointed and was a nice surprise to have pantry staples to use. Thank you!! Much appreciated. Only issue was the stench from Toby’s inlet. Was really awful while we were there…….Unfortunately nothing the owners can do about this though.

Lovely property but problems with the alarm. The instructions did say not to put it on as faulty, so we didn’t. But it has its own mind. It was difficult to get an update on how to switch it off and it kept on going. We spoke with the neighbours who said this happens all the time. Very difficult as so loud.

We had our annual family trip to Dunsborough and were so happy this house was available again. You would expect some wear and tear in the year since we last visited but that was not the case. The house was as clean, well equipped as our first stay. The group of 6 adults, 1 child and 1 dog had a wonderful time. The location is excellent with the bay across the street. I’m sure we will be back again next year!

The property is amazing and so comfortable. Definitely a 10 out of 10 for us. We loved the fact that we could take our dogs and the dog friendly beach across the road which was beautiful. Would love to book this again in the future.

Lovely house,great location,nice quiet and peaceful location. Beach is 200m away,very secluded position. We were able to take our dog so it was a true family holiday. Highly recommended
