I loved this place! The location is perfect and close to everything! The room was perfect and just the right size. Everything was super clean and organized. The staff which included Katerina, Ada and the cleaning ladies were all so super nice and helpful with everything. I asked them 10 million questions and they patiently answered them all. They gave me recommendations on where to go in the city and they were truly great places. They also helped me book excursions for two days which were at different beaches. They also helped me book a taxi to the Chania airport which comes very close to the location. I also needed to do laundry which had a self service one at the end of the street which was helpful. (Make sure to bring exact change for detergent which can be bought and fabric softener and bleach can’t be bought.)
The only thing is that it does not have an elevator so be mindful of luggages. I was able to bring it up myself but Katerina was more than generous and asked if I wanted help.

Very nice facilities, very clean, well kept and excellent location
TV-couldn't connect to wifi so couldn't run netflix and was a little slow

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed. Its location in the middle of the Old Town was perfect, with so many restaurants and bars just a few minutes away that it was hard to choose where to go!
The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting us with booking activities and sharing great restaurant recommendations. I would definitely stay here again!
