You get the whole house. It is very peaceful. Parking is within the courtyard of the house, which is convenient. The veranda is just spacious enough. Instead of a roof, there is a terrace you can use for stargazing in the evening. The sea is close enough that you can head straight from the house in your swimsuit and go for a swim. The outdoor shower comes in very handy.

Some things are a bit worn down, but nothing major.

La villa è comodissima al mare e al centro del paese, tutto è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili, i locali arredati con gusto e le rifiniture curate, i climatizzatori funzionano benissimo, letti confortevoli e massima pulizia. Comoda la doccia esterna e la veranda coperta ben ventilata naturalmente. Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza e torneremmo senza dubbi a Villa Chiara Maria.

Appartamento pulito, fresco, dotato di ogni comfort. Vicino a spiagge libere ed attrezzate. A due passi dal centro. Parcheggio e cortiletto comodissimi con doccia esterna. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 persone con due cani. Tutto al top.
