Staff is respectful and very friendly. We had a small valve problem in our Jacuzzi. We were still able to use it, and we got 2 free beers because we identified the problem. They also extended our breakfast service for the same reason.
Free cosmetic selection had a wide verity.
Also: CHECKOUT TIME IS 1P.M, NOT 11:00AM :)
Pool tabled advertised had a stain. Pool table room is too small, have to angle your shots so you don’t damage the walls.
Also, be prepared to carry your luggage upstairs, NO ELEVATOR.

Very friendly staff, (although they speak no English) good breakfast and amazing facilities.
We stayed in a room for smokers and while none of us smoked and are not particularly bothered by the smell of cigarettes, it is worth keeping in mind that you may ask for a non smoker room and still get one for smokers as the staff speaks very little english.
