The apartment has a unique character and charm. It is spacious, beautifully maintained, quiet, and in a very convenient location.
What truly made my stay special, though, was the hospitality. The host was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful from the very beginning. He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. His mother was equally lovely and welcoming, and their genuine kindness made me feel much more like a guest in someone’s home than a customer in an apartment.
As a solo traveller, I particularly appreciated that warmth and generosity. It made my stay in Yerevan feel even more memorable.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Apartment Vintage to anyone visiting Yerevan. A beautiful apartment, a great location, and, above all, wonderful hosts. I would be very happy to stay here again.

The host is super responsive and helpful. The apartment is located in a calmer residential area, very well connected to the centre. The kitchen is well equipped and the WiFi is fast and reliable. The interior is amazing. Totally recommend!

Расположение квартиры просто шикарное - метро 7 минут ходьбы, рядом супермаркет Ереван-сети, кафешки и кофейни, мини-рыночек с фруктами и овощами и мяском. Можно пешком прогуляться до ТРЦ РиО, мемориального парка Цицернакаберд, Алма Гарден молл. На метро добираться до того же центра много удобнее и быстрее, чем на наземном транспорте и такси. При том, что квартира расположена так близко от метро, удивительно тихо, так как с одной стороны тихая улочка, с другой двор.
В квартире есть все необходимое. Обычно, чего-то да не хватает, той же сушилки для белья, пакетов для мусора, соли, сахара, чего-то из посуды. Здесь было ВСЕ. Есть даже кофеварка -мокка.
Но самое удивительное, что это не просто квартира для временного проживания, а целое путешествие во время, когда была дружба между народами, когда были совсем другие заботы. Вы получаете возможность прочить чью-то другую жизнь, в другое время. Рядом школа, днем слышны детские голоса - все это еще сильнее отправляет куда-то в детство ))) Вот тут прямо ностальгия до слез...
Хозяин - невероятно приятный человек, который спокойно заселил посреди ночи, согласовал удобный выезд.
У меня от момента, когда я был гостем этого замечательного места, остались только теплые воспоминания ))
Сложно к чему-то придраться, у меня не получилось ))

This place feels like stepping back in time - very charming! The host was very helpful, and there was plenty of space, including a lovely balcony for enjoying breakfast. The area is also convenient - close to the metro station, with a small outdoor market just a 5-minute walk away. Very handy!
