Good location.
No on-site parking despite what the listing says. Street parking very difficult. Room was somewhat cramped because an even more cramped bathroom was carved out of one corner of it. Breakfast was mediocre, bread packaged in plastic. No human contact with owner.

The room was quiet and clean. The bed was
comfortable. The lady who responsible for the place was very kind and respectful.
The room was really cold when doing i check in. The heating way is air-conditioner. It would have been nice if there were disposable slippers in the room; I had a slight problem with that, but these aren't major issues. If I go to Palermo again, I would choose this place again.

We liked the experience. The real picture of Palermo. Authentic neighborhood, old houses and buildings in bad shape but beautiful with south Italian charm.
As mentioned, it’s not about luxury, it’s about the experience. But we didn’t like that breakfast was in some other street (croissant and coffee!!), that there was no-one who speaks english or is physically there at the property for tourist’s support (the owner is only sending msg what to visit). We were in a small room with toilet and shower in it, had everything we needed, the bed was comfy but it wasn’t as great as described on Booking. Those scores are subjective and shouldn’t be listed as 8-9 (Booking) stars.
