Situated in Dorado, this charming villa for $219 per night is a great choice for your next break. Thanks for looking at our property! We understand how stressful it could be while using this type of websites but you can reserve our villa with complete confidence knowing that you are dealing with a serious and responsible owner. You can trust our multiple 5 star reviews. We want you to feel at ease during this process. Making sure that you have a great time is as important to us as we know it is to you. Welcome to our piece of paradise in beautiful Puerto Rico!!! We have recently acquired and completed a full renovation of the villa. The accommodations include two air conditioned bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and a walk-in closet and the other one with two twin size beds. It accommodates six guest by using a queen size air mattress that’s provided. Each of the two bedrooms have an awesome view towards the ocean. The villa has two full bathrooms that have been exquisitely renovated and decorated for your enjoyment. The kitchen is equipped with high-end, full size stainless steel appliances including a gas range, microwave, refrigerator and dish washer. There are also a toaster, coffee maker and blender for your convenience. The laundry room is equipped with full size washer and drier. Necessary detergents are provided. Four beach chairs and a cooler are located in the laundry for you to use. You can buy ice in the complex as well, just contact the security staff and they will sell it to you. Cable TV is provided with multiple English channels. Internet can be accessed in the pool area and in the gazebo in front of the villa. There is a grill in the back terrace for the use of our guest as well. There is even an outdoor shower in case you feel like taking the salt off of you when you come from the beach. The villa is literally around 100 feet from the beach where you can relax by using some of the lounge chairs provided by the Embassy Suites next door or bring the ones that are provided in the villa. The complex has a kids and a regular size pool. It also has a nice playground if you are traveling with small children. There is security 24/7 in the complex. There are multiple restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive from the villa. There is also a shopping area right outside the community where you can find a grocery store, pharmacies (CVS, Walgreens), fast food, etc. It is our goal for you to feel like you are at home and that you have a great time. The property was outstanding, we had everything we needed and more than we expected. The beach was ok but could not really go out very far because of the sea weed and jellyfish.

Beautifully decorated villa overlooking Caribbean. Views of sunrise and sunset from it. 2 minute walk to nice crescent shaped beach shared with Embassy Suites. Owners were very responsive to our inquiries. Would stay there again if we return to the island.

Our stay in this villa was absolutely amazing! Our son’s 13u baseball team came to Dorado to play in a tournament against teams from baseball academies around the island. The rest of the team stayed at the Embassy next door. We definitely made the better decision staying in this villa. It gave us so much more room than a hotel, with separate bedrooms and bathrooms for us and our son. It was so nice to have a kitchen to cook easy meals, and a washer and dryer to wash his uniforms between games. The location was perfect, right on the beach and tucked way back in the neighborhood. The villa had everything we needed and more. Our favorite part was waking up to the sound of the ocean waves every morning. We felt very safe in the area, and loved every minute of our stay here. We would definitely come back. The owner was so easy to get a hold of and genuinely cared that we had a great time. I would highly recommend renting this villa.

We rented with our two grown children to revisit Puerto Rico after an earlier stop to board a cruise. The rental was a great place to relax at the pool or visit the nearby beaches. It was comfortable, convenient and easy to get used to. The kitchen/dining space worked for eating in or preparing snacks to enjoy outside. The laundry facilities were very useful!

We came on a family trip to Puerto Rico. It was our first time visiting and so glad we found this beautiful location. It is so close to the beach and you can hear the ocean all night long. The place is clean and modern. The hosts were readily available even during the island wide blackout.

Amazing!
This villa was PERFECT in every way! The only thing you need is your groceries and yourself! From towels, to condiments, to toys they have EVERYTHING! The beach is a stones throw on a very relaxed and never crowded area, the pool is even closer and also never had more than a couple people in it. Getting to the villa was a little tricky but it was late, dark, and raining and once you find it you are fine. The owners were so fast to respond to any questions and being a private rental makes all of the difference in the world! By far one of the best rentals I’ve ever had the chance to stay in. 5+ stars!

The house was beautiful and very centrally located for a wedding we attended in the hotel next door..getting in and out of the gated community had a few issues depending on who was watching the gate but that was a minor issue..the beach was right there..and we visited quite a few sites in a very reasonable time nearby

Very Clean and Updated!
We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very clean and updated. The kids loved the pool and it was a short walk to the beach. Several good restaurants in Dorado. The weather was perfect as well. The owner was quick to respond if we had any issues. The owner was very helpful with any questions regarding local restaurants, activity, etc. The kids loved standing on the beach and watching the fireworks for New Years Eve. We could see fireworks for miles!

The villa at Dorado del Mar was lovely! It wa svery well kept with interior decorator touches!
The location was in a safe gated community. There were signs of damage here and there from Maria. However, most of the units were updated. This particular villa has a lovely impression the second that you open the door, very clean with kitchen, bath and decorating upgrades. Every bedroom has a balcony with a view of the pool on one side and the beach on the other. The location was perfect for the pool and beach access. I used HomeAway with trepidation only to be pleasantly surprised. Wilfredo gave explicit instructions with quick response to my texts. It made me wish that I could stay longer. Also, I was relieved that the villa was actually nicer than it's pictures!

Perfect Villa near the beach and pool
I spent a weekend at the Villa with my mother, son and other relatives. The villa has a beautiful decoration, is very neat, and clean. Has everything you will need. My mother loved cooking in the very equipped kitchen. The security guards were always available in case of any questions or help needed. Wilfredo, the owner, was very flexible and accessible. The location is great, a few steps to the beach and pool. We even saw a wedding at the beach! I really hope the access system to the beach, damaged by Hurricane Maria, is fixed soon. I highly recommend it. I hope to be back!!

European styling with nautical touches -- Quick walk to pool and beach
Beautifully rebuilt villa/townhouse with kitsch nautical notes to remind you that you are at the beach.
Highlights --
** Villa is spotlessly clean.
** Full baths upstairs and downstairs -- a blow dryer, bath towels, beach towels and other supplies were in the bathroom or linen closet.
** Modern kitchen with full-size appliances (we hosted a 4th of July beach party for our PR family with plenty of kitchen/dining room space for cooks and samplers). Also full-size washer/dryer (and supplies) with the unit.
** On the back patio, the Owners set-up a new gas BBQ which we can attest worked very well for grilling steaks and seafood. The back patio also has an outside dining area.
** There are rocking chairs for relaxing on the front porch near the pool.
** Largest bunk beds we have seen -- both top and bottom must be standard beds.
** Quiet area -- both good and 'sad' as several units still show hurricane damage and are empty, but this gated community still has friendly neighbors.
** Owners are easily reachable for any concerns or questions.
** Owners recommended Katrina's as their favorite Dorado restaurant (within walking distance) -- WE DO TOO! -- you could spend a month and not enjoy all their PR specialties (and that doesn't include their secret food and drink menus). But, do try the rice and beans--sounds ho hum but the spices and vegetables are amazing.
** Get a car and an excellent GPS. Many road signs/street lights are not replaced/operational and you just have to trust the GPS. There are also tolls (rental cars have AVI sticker--we were a little leary of unmarked toll charges (tolls are not something we have in New Mexico), but our bill for the week was $27).
** Easy highway trip from villa to catch the Cantano ferry ($0.50 each way/person / $0.25 each way/seniors) to/from Old San Juan (Cantano terminal parking is $4.00/day). A short ferry trip that gets you out on the water and eliminates limited parking hassles in Old San Juan or El Morro. The road also runs right past the entrance to the Bacardi rum plant/tour location.
** Sunshine every day -- so there hurricane season!

Wonderful stay in Dorado!
We had a great vacation at Wilfredo and Glorimar's townhouse!
This unit had everything we needed and is located in a great location in Dorado. The local people surrounding us and in the development were very friendly. We had access to the beach at the Embassy Suits, which was nearby. The unit is next to the pool .The Dorado Beach is a 5 min drive. Everything at the townhouse was clean and inviting with great views. Very relaxing with beautiful sunsets!
Wilfredo was very attentive to our needs and a joy to work with. We really enjoyed eating at a beachfront restaurant named Katrina- the food was spectacular and reasonably priced. It was a blessing to have a washer and dryer available. Missing paradise in Dorado!

Beach, pool, beautiful house and can walk to restaurants and bars! Nothing better!
Wilfredo was extremely easy to communicate with and gave detailed instructions. He answered every question I had, and there were a lot of them. The house is exactly as shown and met our needs completely. It is super clean and the decor is super cute. Wilfredo even had a pack and play for our baby. The pool is a stone's throw from the house and the beach less than a 2 minute walk. We loved that there is a front and back porch. The neighborhood is super nice and the neighbors are all very friendly. If you have children, there is a playground by the pool and several others in the complex. You can even walk to local restaurants and bars via the beach, which maybe takes 10 minutes.
You need a car to really get around and there are lots of food options, including supermarkets, CVS, Walgreens and a great butcher. Defenitly check out Vagon, the taco joint. This was a great stay and would recommend to anyone looking for some R&R.

We stayed for a weekend and had an awesome time. The villa is beautifully decorated and has everything you will need! The owners and the security guards were always available in case of any questions or help needed. We are already planning to come back in Summertime! Highly recommended!

Enjoyable stay
We decided to keep our trip to Puerto Rico after the hurricanes to volunteer. After a rocky start and some misunderstandings sorted, we arrived a day later than planned. The owners were very available and communicated promptly.
The house is well decorated, clean and great amenities. The beach to the left of the complex was superior to the one close to the house. There are beach chairs and beach towels available.
During the week most of the residents are away so you often have the complex to yourself.
At the time we were there, the house was under repair, the pool was not often open and lacked internet and television services so were not able to enjoy the place at it's full potential but still feel that it is a wonderful location.

Clean, great location, truly home away from home!
Our first impression of the condo was positive. There were air conditioning units in each room and the place was very clean. I traveled with my parents and boyfriend, and the layout worked well for us - having one bathroom downstairs with a shower actually worked out. We went to the store a couple times (we had a rental car) and cooked breakfast and lunch home most days. We grilled dinner out one night too. The pool and beach being so close by was key to our trip. My dad and mom could easily go between the pool and the beach (we requested a second key fob from maintenance which was key since there were 4 of us!). My boyfriend and I went to the beach every time the sun was out (and if it rained it was easy to run back inside). Dorado didn't have a lot going on downtown but we booked this for proximity to the beach and think we made the right call. Dorado beach was pretty and the water was calm due to the jetty which made swimming possible. The embassy suites is next door so we actually went there for cocktail hour a couple nights. Very happy with the accommodations overall!

Over the top
All you read about this Villa is spot on: new appliances, quiet, next to the pool - that no one uses, so it is like a private pool, beaches all around. Then there are the subtleties: yes, says clean but it is like... eat off the floor, clean. Gracious host, GET THIS... I left my wallet at the villa when we left. Will had someone drive to the airport to give it to me. When I tried to tip him for saving the day, he said, "No, this is what we do for a guest." We are beach bums so each day was a short drive to some of the best beaches in the world! Only slight drawback is that it says, sleeps 6. We had 4 adults and two children, 6 & 4. It worked well but if kids were bigger, not so much. This is a wonderful property owned by wonderful people.

Tropical Oasis.. This place really surprised us!
We were already familiar with the general area, but were blown away by how nice and comfortable the accommodations were. You couldn't feel more safe or more at home. My wife is very picky and even she said she wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in the future. They even had Q-tips, band aids and detergent!

Awesome Place !
We are native to PR but have been living in Miami for the past years. Every time we visit we pick different beach areas of the island to rent a little get away. Well this time we stumbled upon a gem! My daughters (18 and 23) and husband as myself LOVED the place. The villa is beautifully updated, clean, well stocked and the location is great. We grilled, cooked, watched movies, explored the town, beach , beach , beach ! ect. We booked for 3 days and were having such an amazing time, we contacted Wilfredo to arrange an extra night stay and he accommodated us :) No doubt we will be renting here again and telling our friends about this wonderful villa. Wonderful Escape
Where do I begin Wilfredo the owner was most accommodating,gracious and helpful. There was no question unanswered and he was just a text away any and all communication was prompt and swift. The condo was tastefully decorated and very well equipped pretty much anything you need they have. Everything was beyond clean and new it is a very cozy and comfortable condo. The view from the small bedroom is amazing although you have a view in the larger bedroom as well. I loved spending time on the back deck with the rocking chairs just watching the waves. The pool was awesome but closed on Mondays for cleaning but you have a beach for swimming as well. They have a great playground for little people it is quiet as can be at night and very safe as it is a gated community. The grounds are well maintained and plenty of sidewalks to walk or run through the complex. The only downside if you can call it that was the stairs they were a little tough for my mom who is older with knee problems but if your older with none of those issues then you will be fine. I was so impressed with the condo but mostly the attentiveness of Wilfredo,he takes pride in his property and how he treats the guest using it. I was so impressed it is my hope to go back and be able to rent from him again. This visit was due to a death in the family and the location was perfect for regrouping after long sad days. Next visit will be for pleasure! If you are looking for a quiet spot to enjoy the ocean breezes and views that is taken care of with pride this is your place. Thank you again for all your help kindness and compassion it was greatly appreciated and not soon forgotten.

Great vacation
The condo itself is very well updated, the grounds are well kept. The ocean views from both bedrooms are awesome. The pool is much larger than pictures show. The pool hours are somewhat limited. There is a Rockefeller nature trail 2/3 mile from the condo, great for a morning jog. The beach outside the complex is nice but if you have a car then drive 10 minutes west, we came upon Cerro Gordo beach. The water was crystal clear, no seaweed, showers and restrooms for use ($4 to park). Take a trip to Culebra(Flamenco beach) if you have the time, the water is unreal. Make sure to visit old San Juan and El Morro. If you have a lot of time you can explore the entire island, but you will spend time in the car and not on the beach.
Stock up the Walmart just of the freeway, there is a Sam's club outside of San Juan.
The weather is always great, an afternoon shower always possible but followed by a rainbow:)
Didn't eat out much, since we had a grill and a great patio. Dining alfresco while watching the ocean was perfect.
Had a great stay, Wil was easy to reach, the condo was clean, well stocked.
We had a great vacation/adventure.
