Lovely location, right in the old town. Comfortable room. Friendly staff.
I would have liked there to be more fresh fruit at breakfast. Also the breakfast area was a bit small and if it was busy it was hard to get to things.

Perfect location. Comfortable bedding. Friendly staff and easy check in and checkout process. Excellent breakfast with a great view. They have a luggage storage room as well if you have a late flight. If I came back to Tallinn, I’d happily stay here again.

The location simply cannot get any better!
It's near everything within the old town of Tallinn. It's near the airport and it's just a few minutes from the port too. Superb!
This is not a complaint, but a heads-up worth noting, maybe. The elevator of the old building is very narrow, large enough to fit two people (without bags).

Location was nice
The breakfast was an absolute disaster, overcooked (almost burn) bacon, every single day for 7 days. Very few fruits options, coffee was the most bitter I have ever tried, croissants were almost always too old. Had to pay three days a brunch outside!!
We asked repeatedly to have a proper cleaning (at least one vacuum in a week) could not get it. Had to ask for some new toilet paper because we run out of it, and since nobody came to clean.
We put the sign at the door knob every day before noon as advices by the hotel staff.
The elevator in the old building could not fit a person + a large suitcase, in our case, with a baby, had to squeeze one of us and the other had to take the stairs.
The 5th floor had a peculiar bad smell in the corridor.
