Hotel idealnie położony , obok ciekawej atrakcji turystycznej -Świątyni Wang i jednocześnie przy szlaku na Śnieżkę . Dostaliśmy duży pokój z tarasem z którego roztaczał się piękny widok na Śnieżkę . Personel przesympatyczny i profesjonalny . Śniadania bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone . Pokój był odpowiedniej wielkości . Możliwość pobytu z psem . Parking darmowy przy hotelu .Bardzo smaczne jedzenie w restauracji hotelowej. Personel restauracji bardzo profesjonalny i pomocny . Jeśli zawitamy jeszcze do Karpacza to z chęcią zatrzymamy się tu ponownie . Jedyną wadą może być brak klimatyzacji ale mamy świadomość ,że w historycznym obiekcie montaż udogodnienia może być kłopotliwy .

Obsluga w restauracji znakomita, jedzonko też bardzo dobre, lokalizacja super.
Pan w recepcji wyjątkowo gburowaty, no i czasy świetności części hotelowej tez juz minęły. Potrzebny remont.
