A bit old fashioned, but that's what makes it attractive. Close to railway station in Arona and the coast of Lake Maggiore

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The reception staff, cleaning and maintenance staff, restaurant and bar staff - all doing their best to make your stay pleasant. The hotel is centrally placed, within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, the central station and the ferry docks. It's ambiance has been kept intact and it has a comfy feeling to it. in one word: Nice.
There was really nothing to "not like". The hotel is aging and in need of a lot of TLC. Some rooms are more needy than others. We started out in one of these rooms but when we voiced our concerns the staff moved us immediately to a less needy one. The renovation effort is ongoing and that unavoidably has some effect, but the staff and the ambience and the location made the stay very pleasant. If we return to Arona in the future the Atlantic will certainly be a first choice.

The aircondition doesnt work well, it was hot in our room. And dont even have soap and shampoo for the room price.
