Do bar do hotel, na recepção.
Da localização do hotel, que é bem no centro.
Solicitei, no sábado à noite, um secador de cabelo para a recepção e até hoje não recebi nem retorno.
Funcionárias do café da manhã: tanto no domingo, 06/09, quanto na segunda, 07/09, estavam de mal humor, nítido. A funcionária que fazia a reposição do buffet, no domingo, só faltou jogar as bandejas no buffet.
Quarto só tinha 3 tomadas: uma para a tv, outra para o frigobar e uma, atrás da cama. Levei notebook e não puder ficar com ele na mesa, carregando. Ou ficava em cima da cama ou desligava a tv da tomada. Tomada da tv estava com mal contato.
