Этот вид! За него можно простить все недостатки и кровать, что стоит на балконе и дает возможность просто лежать и наслаждаться. Хорошие полотенца для душа и пляжа. Все чисто. Приятный бассейн во дворе с видом на море. Игуаны и агути, тоже здесь местные жители. Интересно за ними наблюдать.
Старая мебель, первое что не понравилось -это запах плесени в здании. Сразу зашли и включили кондиционеры, но один из них через 10 минут полился водой. К слову, он дул прямо на кровать, спать бы мы с ним тоже могли бы с трудом. Даже если его починили бы. Но и в духоте запах плесени тоже мешал комфортному отдыху. Кухня оборудована, но как же можно иметь столько чая и сахара и совсем не прудосмотреть соль? Нам не проблема было бы купить. Но мы были на снорклинге, вернулись уставшие и бежать в магазин за км не было никакого желания. Готовили ужин без нее. Пляжа перед домом нет, острые камни и можно сильно поранится. До других нужно идти где-то минут 10-15. Мы взяли электрокар и гоняли по поселку на нем. Утром были на плавании с дельфинами. Это было потрясающе. Очень рекомендую эту активность.

At man skulle gå 20 minutter for at kommer til offentlig strand og restauranter/minimarked.

The view is great, ocean view; however, there is no beach access from the property...all the beaches around are private property or hotels' property...the closest public beach with white sand is a 20 min walk by the Marina, so if you want to enjoy the classic Riviera Maya white sand beaches - you need to walk or drive to Marina.
Keep in mind, there are three condos, and my review is for the condo on the 2nd floor, A2. During reservation, it is unclear which condo you order until you finish the booking process...So the review is for A2 condo only:
The comfort is not good:
- The door to the utility room that goes to the outside has bedroom closet-type doors, and all the air from outside and from the dryer vent, and FROM THE WATER HEATER gas exhaust goes back into the room..carbon monoxide drafts back into the living quarters...this is a huge health hazard; Also, due to this you can constantly run the A/C in the living room and it is still going to be hot since you are trying to cool down the outside...facepalm
- toilets do not flash properly...both of them; apologies for the details :)
- both of the shower drains were clogged upon check-in;
- the king bed is very harsh and with springs sticking out.
- very bare minimum supplies: no extra towels, no extra bed sheets, very short range wi-fi (doesn't work on the property's balcony)...very bare minimum rental property.
