A spacious room with nice lake view.
Breakfast with local vegetables and animal liver. Price is high and not match the facilities.

The location is great with access to the mall, near the CBD, and over looking the lake.
The noise from the entertainment is an issue. It would be great if the music was quieter instead of the disco like environment

The breakfast options were quite limited. For a highly rated hotel, I expected a wider variety and more choice.
Room:
The bathroom was very basic, and the toilet was not clean. The toilet seat also appeared old and worn, which affected the overall impression of the room.
Breakfast:
The breakfast offering was very disappointing. Aside from eggs, there was very little variety available, which is below expectations for a hotel of this standard.
Reception & Service:
The welcome experience was lacking. There was no assistance provided upon arrival, and I had to carry my suitcase from my car to the reception while staff/security were present but did not offer help.
