A really fine room with balcony, warm and decent. It is simple and has everything you may need for a short stay. Bed was comfortable, heating was available and that was excellent.
I cannot say that there was anything I disliked: this is a low-budget accommodation and it provides you with what you pay for. There is nothing negative. The only minor problem was wifi, but I am not sure if it was my device(s) or the installation.

really friendly staff, they helped me get Eskishegir transport card.
nice facilities, bathroom functioned well (water and toilet are okay)
there was some smell that made me allergic sometimes. maybe the previous guests had a pet with them. so if you're allergic to some stuff, be careful! other than that, nice place
