The staff, Arika, was absolutely wonderful. She provided excellent and friendly service and was always very helpful. Her warm and attentive service was one of the things I liked most about my stay at this hotel.
However, I feel that the cleanliness of the room did not meet the standard I would expect from a 4-5 star hotel. In the bathroom, the non-slip mat had visible green moss/algae on it, and the bathroom floor was extremely slippery. As I am pregnant, this was particularly concerning and could potentially be dangerous for me.
The room also felt quite damp, and I noticed some blackish and yellowish stains on the bedsheets. Overall, I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of the room.
