Ikke pengene værd - vi har brugt ferien på at gøre hovedrent, for at kunne holde ud at være her.

Beliggenheden var god - det er vist også dét, der er at sige om overnatningsstedet.

Lejlighed 320 er mere end slidt. Alt er i forfald! Senge og lænestole er som det eneste af nyere dato og i god stand. Der er møg beskidt over alt!

nie wieder Dancenter!

Die Insel Fanö.

Anreise laut Beschreibung Vormittags möglich. Buchung erfolgte in der absoluten Nebensaison im Februar. Tatsächlich wurde dann 16.00 Uhr im Vertrag mitgeteilt. Die Wohnung war mittelmäßig sauber. Im Schlafzimmer reichlich Staub und Flusen unterm Doppelbett. Im Badezimmer Schamhaare von den letzten Gästen. Die Toilette war im vorderen Abschnitt gelb und roch nach Urin. Der Rest war ok, skandinavischem Level entsprechend. Richtig NEGATIV: Man wird von Dancenter mit Mails zugespamt, worin man aufgefordert wird eine Bewertung abzugeben. Das sollte man machen, wenn alles restlos geklärt ist. Es gab jede Menge Ärger bzgl. der Stromabrechnung. Immer Fotos machen. Trotz dieser Beweise gab es zahlreiche Probleme. Schlussendlich habe ich mit der lokalen Polizei gedroht. Dann gab es kurzzeitig Ruhe und eine korrekte Abrechnung. Ungefähr eine Woche später gab es erneute Probleme, angeblich wären die Stromkosten nicht beglichen und eine offene Forderunc wegen Reinigung wurde angemahnt. Wieder zahlreiche Schriftwechsel. Dann schien alles geklärt zu sein und abgeschlossen. Plötzlich kam erneut eine Mahnung, dass die Stromkosten nicht beglichen seien. Ich habe darauf nicht mehr reagiert. Wäre ein Inkassobüro auf mich zu gekommen, hätte ich Strafanzeige gestellt. Die Korrespondenz lief über Booking.com und ausserhalb von Booking direkt mit Dancenter. Es wurden ca. 60 bis 80 Emails ausgetauscht. Extrem frustrierend. Ich bin Vielreisendr und Genius Level 3 Kunde bei Booking.com. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Weder auf anderen Kontinenten, Afrika, Nord oder Südamerika oder irgendwo in Europa. Ich war zwei Tage dort und hatte 6 Tage gebucht. Insgesamt kenne ich Fanö seit 40 Jahren. 2 Monate vor diesem Aufenthalt war ich über Weihnachten für eine Woche mit Familie auf Fanö. Da hat alles geklappt und zwar sehr gut. Das war das erste Mal bei Dancenter überhaupt, allerdings direkt und nicht über Booking.com. Das zweite Mal jetzt war extrem schlecht. In Worten kaum zu beschreiben! Nie
